Hi,

I would like to know about the in demand job documentation for SINP on behalf of one of my known perosn. Presently she is holding her last company's appointment letter which includes date of joining, job responsibilities, salary slips and reporting details. She does have last 3 months salary slip she has worked. And she has got a experience letter stating the date of joining, date of leaving and designation. She has left the job on 18th December 2018 and her experience letter dated June 2019. Now she wants to apply for SINP and wanted to know if these documents will suffice without the reference letter because her company had already issued experience letter and she has left it in 2018, so she is not sure if they will provide her anything else and that too in a different format not of company's. Kindly let me know for any alternative option if available.

Thanks

The reference letter should contain few more additional details. Refer the Proof of Employment section in the link below. Additionally, she can approach her employer to issue a new reference letter with required details like working hours, etc. If employer denies providing such letters, she can attach that as a proof and take reference letter from any of her colleague worked at the same period.
