I have a query regarding proof of employment. I don't have any government proof for 1.5 years when I started my career.
I did not file ITR because my income was less and not taxable.
Provident fund was maintained by company (exempted), and not EPFO. I have left this company and they are not providing me PF statement for this period.
In India, there is no government employment record, and no social security record.
Apart from this 1.5 year, I have ITR for the rest of the period.
What should I do in this case, is there any other document which I can provide? My company is not willing to provide payslips for this period also. I have provided company reference letter, and offer letter.
However, if I exclude this 1.5-year period, my work experience still comes to 10+ years, so my points are not affected. Can I just ignore this period govt proof, will this be a problem?
