SINP fund documents

I am going to submit following documents fund fsettlement. Please suggest
1. Stock holding statements from broker.
Q- how much amount does SINP will consider?
2. 3 months bank statement.
Q - Does sign and signature of bank officials required on electronically generated statement?
3. Can I submit annual Providend Fund statement?
4. Bank has given me statement for bank FD mentioning 01.04.2018 date on statement. My FD is 4 years old. Will SINP considerc this as valid document and full amount with interest as mentione inistatement.

Ideally if you have adequate funds in your bank account, you only need to only submit the past 3 month bank statement. Get the bank to issue a letter mentioning all the specifics they require and attach the latest three months statement with it. Ensure the letter is on the bank letter head and clearly mentions the name of the officer who signed it, designation, employee id, contact number, email address, rubber stamp of the bank & officer's signature. The attached bank statements will need the bank rubber stamp and officers initials.
