This is my first note here,
I need information about SINP program for family class, I am going to saskatoon to sponsor my family, before i leave ontario i would like to know few information regarding what document i need to change like medical card address, apartment lease something like that...
I need to show them i just stay in SK in one year, After one year i would be eligible for apply sponsor my family,

Please clearify if i understand anything wrong and provide brief detail about "WHAT DOCUMENT NEED TO CHANGE FROM ONTARIO TO SASKATOON".

You need to come in Saskatoon, apply for your Health Card or Driving Licence or get an apartment including opening a bank account. These all are sufficient proof that you have come in Saskatoon and your one year shall start from this date.
