Last was opened on 4 January 2017 and fulfilled 500 Applications within hours. No body can predict for next intake. Most probably in April or May. Keep close eye on SINP website and related forums

That time u don't have sufficient time for documents uploading and Application filling, so keep your application ready only for recheck and press submit button
