SINP EOI profile how to add ECA ?

I have read in the SINP official site that the ECA is now a mandatory document of EOI profile, but when I created my profile I couldn't find where to upload my ECA report! Do we have to upload the ECA with the EOI or they will ask for it later on ?

I also did not find place to uploade my eca. I believe if we fet selected, it’s then we should send or attach our ECA. I have a query my self. I hv my sisters in ontario and i applied for SNIP. Will that obstruct my chances of getting invited??

They stated this in there site :

Expression-of-Interest (EOI) profiles without an Education Credential Assessments (ECA) will not be selected.

As of your query I think that it will affect your profile, they need to ensure that you will live in SK and will not move to another province.
