I am now preparing for SINP application and will after getting then PNP, I will apply it to my federal EE profile (CEC -- i've graduated with a PGWP and worked in canada for more than 1 years) -- it is a program of (PNP+EE)
there is a form while I am applying for SINP online which is IMM 008 Generic:
1. question: Program under which you are applying: i chose `Economic`
then the following quesiton: Category under which you are applying?
I have no idea which one to choose? the most promissing options are:
- Provincial Nominee
- CEC
- Skilled Worker
I am now applying SINP, so i think it should be Provincial Nominee, but after this PNP approval, I will apply CEC, so which one should i take here?
2. also there is a quesiton: Have you ever used any other name?
when I was searching for my first job in canada (about 1 year ago), I did give myself an English name `XX`, and put it in my resume. after getting the offer, for the first several weeks, HR still used this English name on my paycheck. so I informed them to use my legal name. which means this English name once appeared only in my first 3-4 paychecks, but i did not have any legal name change for this random English name, it does not appear on my other legal document neither. Should I mention this English name on the form for this question ?
please could anyone offer any insight?
