SINP Close Work Permit T13

I am in a transition from PGWP to T13 closed work permit

I've submitted my PR application through EE PNP, and recieved AOR, now need to apply for the close work permit using my SINP work support letter (cuz the PNP letter has restricted employer)

There are some questions about the work permit (this is in employee side rather than employer side)

Q1: May I know should this be Yes, or No ? (choosing Yes would lead to `Open Work Permit` which does not seem to be right)

Q2: I thought both A and B below makes sense, and confused which one is correct?

Q3: the Job Offer usually refers to `LMIA` job offer, but mine is not a LMIA job offer, however, if I choose `NO`, then there is no `work permit application` entry later on.
May i know what should I choose for this?

Q4: the final package is as follows, May i know is this correct?
and what is (just confused what kind of documents should I provide for this?)
- Proof that you meet the requirements of the Job Being Offered (required)?

also should I submit those two documents in the `Optional documents` section?

Thanks a lot !

Q1 is no, you hold a PGWP not temporary resident permit that’s different
Q2 provincial nominee certificate holder (it’s confusing if you select LMIA exempt it gives a different checklist that’s not correct)
Q3 Yes for job offer otherwise you wont be able to apply
Q4 Proof that you meet the requirements of the Job Being Offered (required) - degree or previous work experience relating to the job (qualifications)
- If your employer paid the compliance fee of $230 and gave you A1234567 number include that in a letter and if they used the form then include that (usually of they cant use the employer portal)
- imm 5257 optional if you have visa you don’t need it

You should also get the options to attach nomination certificate and work permit support letter when you select “provincial nominee certificate holder” the one you selected isn’t correct if you’re applying with nomination

I adjusted the options, then Q1 is No, and Q2 is "provincial nominee certificate holder ", Q3 is "Yes",
The output is like following, may i know is this correct?

Please May I ask some more questions:
Q5: for IMM5802, if the employer give me this IMM5802 form, then I just submit this form, otherwise, i just submit a letter of explanation with the A number and a proof of payment receipt in it (employer would pay $230 for this A number) -- may i know is this right?
Q6: IMM5257, I have a visa on my passport and still valid for another two years, I don't need to submit it right? (I am always living inside Canada, so maybe this IMM5257 is not needed?)
Q7: Letter of support from Province -- I believe this refers to SINP work permit support letter, mine has expired for 1 month, may I know whether I will need to extend this SINP work support letter? (also my SINP nomination letter was expired last month, but it was valid when I submitted PR application last year, should I extend this nomination letter as well?)
Q8: For Q1, I was confused because it says: "a Person who applied for permenant residence to an office in Canada and was determined to be eligible for Permanent Resident status (first stage approval)", and I thought it should be Yes, because I applied PR through EE PNP, and the medical exam/biometric/eligibility had passed. I can not apply for BOWP cuz my SINP nomination letter has a employer restricted. (However, if i select Yes for this Q1, then the output would be not right). just want to double check whether we should select No to Q1.

Thanks for your help!, i really appreciate it! @Ahrat99

That's correct! You're welcome.
Q5 - that's right. As far as I know IRCC does not use IMM 5802 anymore and everything should be through the portal see here, make sure your employer takes a screenshot of the proof of payment as IRCC has been having issues generating receipt
Q6 - yes, i didn't submit that form, but you can attach a scan of your visa for reference in the client information section
Q7 - I think you need to have both nomination certificate and WPSL valid, email SINP as soon as possible. Has your PGWP expired too?
Q8 - So you do have a PR file number then, it does say "or" eligible for a BOWP so it should be okay if you select yes. Does it give you different options if you say Yes?

thanks @Ahrat99 !
Q7: my PGWP still has more than 6 months. that’s why I didn’t contact SINP yet. but yes, I will contact them soon
Q8: if i selected YES, it will lead me to Open work permit. but i only have a SINP with employer restriction, so definitely a close work permit rather than Open work permit. (BOWP needs no restriction on the SINP nomination letter.)

I see so you can contact SINP closer to the date ahead of time so they have time to give you the letter extension, I am not sure if you can extend the nomination after that long but email them to find out.
Actually I applied for the same permit but on the application or the form, it never mentions open or closed, if it gives you the checklist for nomination and work permit support letter when they see the restriction is YES i think closed work permit will be issued. So you should be truthful as you did get first stage approval for PR

Yes, i just delete the previous application and create a new one, then this time, i choose YES for this question, and it actually leads me to the Open work permit, and the following is the output for this selection: (there is 'open work permit fee' at the end, and there is no entry to upload the nomination letter...)

I see, but this is not correct. So on your nomination certificate the "restriction on employment" says "yes" right ? Choose NO and then do the application as before. May I know what stream you applied for in SINP? I thought only the ones requiring JAL is employer restricted not express entry
