SINP categories choose

I will apply SINP under student category, when I fill the online application, it requires you choose one category:
1. I'm a skilled worker who wants to work and live in Saskatchewan.
2. I'm a foreign national who is currently working and living in Saskatchewan.

Could I ask that as a student who graduates from SK, do I choose 2?
