This post is here to help people who might be looking to apply for jobs in SK. What companies do you know of that support SINP? The reason why I made this topic is because after I graduated, once got a job offer at an institution that paid pretty good money. Also, it was a financial advisor job which definitely qualifies. However after spending months with them, I later found out that their HR would not help me with the job approval letter I needed for SINP. My only other choice was to either remain with them for 1 year and "hope" that my points would be big enough to get in thru the Federal CEC... or find another job with an employer who was willing to help with PNP, thus improving my chances.

I want to save people that trouble so that when they are applying for jobs, they can be 100% certain that the company they are applying for would support their PR application. What are the companies/businesses you know about that help with PR? List them and if possible, what kind of industry it is.

For example: I know that any Crown Corporation- SGI, SaskTel, SaskEnergy, Saskpower- will help. Also, if you work for the municipal government, you're good- City of Regina, City of Saskatoopn.. etc. Also, if you work in the ministry, you should be fine too. So basically, ANY GOVERNMENT JOB- as long as the job is in the right skill level category, they will help you with your job approval letter.

In the banking sector, I know that CIBC used to help but they recently just stopped, so if you didnt know and you're looking to apply as a financial rep, be informed that they no longer support PNP. As far as I know, Scotiabank does help.

Also, being a restaurant supervisor at either Tim Hortons, McDonalds or Subway should also get you your PNP since lots of immigrants work there. I know people who have used that route to get their nominations.

Please post what other businesses you know. Cheers
