SINP Beginning to the end

post here if you have either started your pnp application or you have landed in saskatchewan as a provincial nominee.i am a landed immigrant in regina,sasktchewan on may 3rd 2010.
my timeline is as follows:

I hope you r fine, i read your story and its nice to hear that finally u succeed. i want to discuss my case with you as u go through very hard time so i am sure you can understand me and help me.
I live in Pakistan. I apply through SNIP and i have the nomination letter and job offer letter of 7-Eleven. Now i need to submit my documents in London office. In the check list of work permit documents they also ask for Proof of Funds after reading that i open my bank account. i mean a week ago i open my bank acoount coz i have no idea that i need that Proof of Funds coz there is no such requirement in SNIP application. All i want to know how much money i need to deposit and do they accept my Bank statement coz i just open my bank account. what should i do to solve that requirement of PROOF OF FUNDS. plzzzzzzzzzzz help

I had studied cic website including quebec s website also, so i realize that i am quite capable to qualify in investor category and also realize that quebec is quicker and is still open till october,on previous worth 800000 CAD ,therefore i want to apply in quebec s investor category but what i want to ask is that is it possible after getting permanent visa and landing in Montreal Quebec and after getting pr card , i want to go in Saskaichwan and spend one year there in order to sponsor my brothers and sisters to get there PR visa
IS THIS ALL POSSIBLE

hello asad,

first of all,besides this account do you have any other whether a joint account with someone or one you had a while ago.it is better to have an account at least three months old.for us we had canadian $1200 in our account.this proof of fund is just needed at the embassy.you can borrow some funds from a relative or friend and just give it back to them when you get the visa.when my husband came to canada he had just $300 candian with him.if you are now opening an account it would be best to tell the bank clerk that you need a bank statement which only shows the total amount of money at present.sometimes the date of when the account is opened does not show the date the account was opened.just pray and god bless

my advice is that if you wanna come to saskatchewan then apply through the sinp because they are buckling up on immigrants who are using a program to get to another province.your pr documents are meant only to stay in the province that nominated you.they can send one back if they see that you misled them so my friend only after you become a citizen then you are free to move but please do not jepordize your pr,choose either one saskatchewan or montreal

Thanks alot for your advice..well i do not have joint account. well i m trying to made three transactions in a week. My nomination will be expire in 31 December 2010. But they didnt mention the last date of submitting documents in LONDON embassy. Do u have any idea about that. i mean when i can submit my documents coz it takes time to collect other documents.

all documents need to be submitted before your nomination expires otherwise you will have to reapply and get a new nomination.application with documents need to be submitted before nomination expires

i have offer to nominate from my sister.she is also in Regina.do u help me how to prepare all supporting documents.how many forms i needed to fill.how many original & how many photocopies.did all supporting documents i will sent original or photocopies?? plz give a list of number of forms & supporting documents i needed.how i can proof my English language ability if i have no Ielts & i am 14 years of education & work experience one year.did i need any salary showing bank statement along with my experience letter or not ??

Hello Patience,
I applied as FSW on march 2010 under NOC 0213 but my application got rejected due to my job duties I mentioned in the application. As my NOC is no more on demand list so I am looking for PNP for migration to canda.
I have many confusions regarding PNP. I will be very thankful to you if u help me in this regard. Yet I have following points to know:
I. Do I need job offer from the province for applying under EMPLOYER DRIVEN program.
2. Can i lodge Pnp applications for more then one province at a time.

Please also share any information which can help me in this situation.

there is no law about this, and once you become pr, you can live wherever you want !!!

thanks to almighty Allah, i have a good news for you, today i recieved reply from Designated immigration officer Mr. robert Miller CIC Via Office London, in his reply he said that they will not refuse or reject an application from provincial nominee only on the basis of IELTS. Thanks to all of you for your time, remember me in your Duaa.

Funds requirement

to show the available funds i dont have enough money in my bank account but i purchased residential land from this money, is it possible that i evaluate the price worth of this land and attach the documents of it instead of my bank account ,because i can sell it any time when my time will come to leave my country.

I have meeting with Assistant Deputy Minister of immigration Saskatchewan Mr. Rupen on Thursday September 16, 2010, to Discuss the Issue of IELTS requirement imposed by CIC visa office London England, I have Request to all of you who have received the letter from CIC visa office London to submit the IELTS result, Please email the scanned copy of that letter at my email: atiqhassan@gmail.com ASAP .So we can prove that the visa office is not asking to provide the IELTS result from some individual they are asking to submit the IELTS result more than 90% of the SINP Nominee from Pakistan. I have discussed about the IELTS requirement imposed by from CIC Visa office London on Pakistani applicants and delay in process with Honorable Mr. Rob Norris Minister of Immigration and advanced education in yesterday (September 16, 2010) meeting with him, Assistant Deputy Minister immigration Mr. Rupen Pandya and other government officials in his Saskatoon Office, I found them very helpful kind, cooperative and they are trying to resolve this issue with their counter part in federal government, and assure us that they will resolve this issue of IELTS for SINP Nominees (Family member Category very soon.
