I have been nominated in SINP - with job offer category for my current company while working under PGWP. NOC 2232. According to SINP application guide, it is not a regulated occupation and according to the law that relates to mechanical Technologists, it doesn't say regulated like the Engineer Act, but I can't use the title A. Sc T. Which i'm not using.
However while I am applying work permit in MyCIC, it asks for a prove of permission to work in that occupation.
How do I work around it?
