Would like to know that whether we need to attach the Experience referral letters to the SINP application while submitting?
or can we add it later?

All documents listed in the above link needs to be submitted for the application to be considered complete. Any documents missing from the above list will render the application incomplete and will be rejected, and you will need to try again later with all documents again.

Since SINP-EE just closed, you have more than a month or so before it opens again. Why not work on getting all the documents ready by then !!
