SINP Applicants

Dear Fellow Aspirants,

I had applied for SINP,as an International Skilled worker EE category.
I would like to understand about the job opportunities in IT field in Saskatchewan, in case if we cannot find the job, can we move to different provinces like Ontario. Any legal issues with this? Is there any specific timelines where we need to stay in the province..
Can someone throw light on these..
