Single Parent sponsorship based on humtarion ground

Hello, I have heard that is some program to sponsor single parent on humtarion ground. This program waives required income conditions. Is anyone aware of this program? One consultant announced it on the radio but can't provide much information without fees. Where can I find some more details?

They're referring to H&C. It's not specifically for single parents - it's for any situation where there are humanitarian and/or compassionate considerations for granting someone PR status. Note that the person has to be in Canada in order to be sponsored under H&C and approval rates are low. Process information is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/handc.asp
