Hello,

My mother is in Canada currently on Single entry visitor visa which is set to expire in November, 2013. And we are planning to travel to Cuba in March 2013.

Where should I submit her Multiple Entry Visitor Visa application and may I apply online?

Thanks.

Thank you for your information.

From the above link: only the one who is a student or has work permit can apply new visitor visa within Canada.

My mother is a visitor. Where can I find the information she could apply whitin Canada or some other office ouside Canada?

Thank you very much.

If you are currently a temporary resident in Canada with a valid status (that is, a study or work permit), you can apply for a new visitor visa to return to Canada before you leave.

She applies on line and it will be processed at an overseas office. If approved, she will have to send her passport to that office. It will NOT be processed in the US or Canada. You should read all the information on the link, it is not just for students/workers in Canada, whose application goes to Ottawa.
