No. The application must be sent by mail for submission. Unless there are documents they ask you to submit later on once your application has started processing that can be uploaded (but still required sigs), it's a paper application.
no, they have to be wet signatures, ie, handwriten signatures with a pen.
CIC will not accept scanned signatures
