I face a huge problem during my file processing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and transfer to Singapore after April 2012. Singapore Visa Pffice said couldn't find my file record and ask me re-submit to Sdyney Office :-X
Submitted my file in person in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, September 2011. Under Family Stream, MPNP.
From October 2011 till this year already contact Kuala Lumpur Visa Office a several time to check when can I get my AOR. But no response from them at all. Already tried email and go to their office.
April 2012 Kuala Lumpur Visa Office suddenly announced closed down and from the CIC website know that all files will be transfer to Singapore.
Already 10 months haven't receive my AOR and Kuala Lumpur Visa Office has closed which make the situation worst. I decided to contact Singapore Visa Office to check when can I get my AOR.
Unfortunately Singapore Visa Office reply me that they can't locate my file in their system but only have the year 2007 visitor file. Singapore Visa Office ask me re-submit my file to Sydney Office. It's weird that they keep the old file but couldn't find the new one submitted in year 2011.
All my documents like IELTS already expired. Processing fee paid. Start over again? It's not fair for me! I do not know who should take responsibility on this case but what I want is they manage to find my file or let me post them the photocopied file which I submitted to Kuala Lumpur Visa Office to let them check.
Is there anyone know what can I do now so that my file can continue process in Singapore? I feel frustrated right now. Is there anyone saw someone facing same problem like me? Except Kuala Lumpur Visa Office and Singapore Visa Office, which department can I contact to check my file? So worry right now and feel helpless.
