I have applied PR for me and my family (Spouse & kid). My wife visited Singapore in 2017 for 3 months (Visitor Visa). So, we didn't think it would be required to obtain COC for Singapore and submitted the application.
Today, I received additional document letter from IRCC request COC for Singapore for my wife. Thing is, since she was just visiting Singapore and didn't had any identification (FIN), we can not submit for COC for her stay.
I am thinking whether we should just add explanation letter to IRCC about these details. Had anyone faced similar situation?
