Hi, I have only my FIN number and no other document where its mentioned. Its mentioned in my company payslips. However i don't have any copies of EP. Also its not stamped in passport. How can i apply for COC with only this much information?
You do not need any other information. Just use your FIN login to https://eddies.police.gov.sg/eappeal/xhtml/itrust/AltLogin.xhtml. Do the request first via online form and once COC request is approved, you will be asked to mail the finger prints. You will do Singapore PCC after submitting your Application and a Visa Officer would provide you with a letter requesting for Singapore COC. Hope this helps

1. When we appeal do we need to send the finger prints and then again another set of fingerprints for COC application?
2. Indian passports do not have biometrics page so what needs to be submitted in it?
