I made an application for the Certificate of Clearance (COC) from the Singapore police and I just received the following email asking me to submit the fingerprint impression by mail:
"
To complete the application, please mail your original hardcopy fingerprint impressions recorded by an authorised fingerprint recorder together with a copy of the payment receipt to the COC Office at:
Block D, #02-07/08
Police Cantonment Complex
391 New Bridge Road,
Singapore 088762
"
However, I will have a trip to Singapore next week, so I am planning to take the fingerprint at Police Cantonment Complex.
My question is that instead of sending my fingerprints by mail, can I go ahead and book an fingerprint appointment? And will I be able to collect my COC on the same day?
