Hello all,

I was refused PGWP because of part time studies. I need your advices & suggestions on what should I do.

a.) Go back to school and study for 1 year (I cannot afford 2 years international student tuition fees). I shall only be given a PGWP for 1 year then.
b.) Get an employer who will give me LMIA? The question here is, is it worth it (as in for my PR)? I have studied till Grade 12 back home and did a 2 year undergraduate diploma. Should I be eligible for PR based on PNP? Will my points be enough for PR if I apply via PNP?
Kindly give me sincerest advices as I am totally naive when it comes to Canada's PR processes and all. Thanks in advance!

You need to research the PNP programs and see if there is one that would accept you without work experience. Only then can you decide between that option and studying further.

Option b really isn't feasible. It is next to impossible to find an employer even willing to go through the LMIA process. You should not expect that you will be able to do this.
