Hi all,

Since last 8months no update on my e-case even don't get any respond from Buffalo NY.

E-case display opposite my name : "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete" Only since 8months, I already sent all documents (Full documents to CHC Buffalo NY) even I don't get 2nd AOR or nothing changes in e-case. I sent email to CHC NY but no reply.

please advice and write your input if anyone in same situation.

Usually VO's ask to wait for 28 days to get a response. If this passes, send them a fax letter instead.
