Hi,
I visited Canada during by end of 2015 and it was through work permit. Unfortunately my project got over soon and i have to leave back to India with 31 days.

My work permit has expired now and my employer is request information for SIN to process settlement. Will, I be able to apply for SIN with expired work permit.

Kindly let me know the options to get this now

No - you can't apply for a SIN with an expired work permit.

I don't understand your question. You already got a SIN with your original work permit. While working, you should have already given that SIN to your employer.

Did you stop working after your work permit expired? I don't understand why a place you are no longer working for is asking for SIN info they should already have on file. Give them your original SIN if they somehow lost the number, if it's to do with work you legally did while work permit was valid.
