SIN number for new PR holders

Hi I currently have a sin number under work permit and I'm trying to apply for new sin number with CoPR.

I believe I can apply online but I'm not sure which type I need to choose on the application.
Is it Change of status? or update or correction on of SIN?

Are you applying alone or with dependents?
