Simplified Application - Should me Withdraw and submit new or keep continuo ???

I have applied in september 2008, this time simplified aplication process was the valid method and i submited only one basic form with fees. They start process my application 9 October, accourding to e-case status. I got first contact from embassy on January 15-2009, they requested for some supporting documents for my Previous job experience under Noc 0213. I submited my documents on February 7-2009.

My question is , what is your advise, Should me keep continuo with my application OR would be better , withdrwa and submit new application on regular way. The other thing, i was advise to submit supporting documents for Job Only january 15-2009 and i had 90 days for do this, Will they contact ( for any further step) after completing 90 days ? even i submited just 20 days after. Thanks to all at advance.

i dont see any reason to stop your earlier application? Is there any disadvantage to your first application?

For your second question, are you asking whether they will stop all contact with you because you submitted within 20 days rather than 90 days?

Hi Rupesh,

Thansk for your input. I was asking because i know 2 applicants from my city, one applied in december and other applied in January and they were requested to submit complete application, even both cased are same to my case and without Arrange employment. This was one reason only, i though maybe i need to resubmit my application under new rules that apply after November. So,you advise is , i must keep continuo with same application? all right, thanks.


Second question was, i was asking if embassy need some adittional documents or any further contact, would they wait to complete 90 days of limit and then they gonna contact me or it could be before too, as i done submission of my documents earlier date then limit of 90 days.

How come your Application is "simplified application" - Sept2008?. This is post feb2008, isn't it?

I'm not sure till what date Simplified process was valid, but i applied in september 2008 and they told me to submit only one basic form following to "Simplified Application Process" , i think it was changed to regular after Ministerial instruction November 2008.

his is simplified because he applied in Pakistan pre Nov.

Maharrouf - i dont know whether you should give new applications or keep old one. I would keep the old one.
they can ask you for more information any time. it depends when they come to your file.

The process is new, but the forms he sent in was based on the simplified application process, because no one knew better at that time. So he would have to fit the ministerial criteria but when he sent the application in at that time, he only sent in the application (to the visa office), and now they came back and asked him for some more documentation but it sounds like they didn't ask for all the documentation. I am surprised that once they determine he is eligible under C-50, that they didn't ask for everything.

Thats just my understanding anyway based on what he said and the process at that time. I could be totally wrong.

This could be just semantics, what i am calling simplified process is the process of sending forms without documents to the visa office. You are correct in saying that he is not under the simplified process. It just that when he sent the forms in, he did so without documents to the Visa office.

Perfect Rupesshari, This is all my situation. To you "BobbyB" , when i applied "september 2008" no one knows what would be Ministerial Instructions, and that time was valid process " Simplified Application Process" , the latter of AOR was written too" we havent recieved any ministerial instructions, so we couldnt tell you if your application would be process or returned". But Now e-case tells, they start to process my application on "9 OCT" , I'm not sure when Ministerial instructions was recieved, but they start to process, Okay, Not process only but they requested me Suporting documents for one previous Job at January 15-2009, means my application is really being proccessed, But Like as Rupeshhari said, I'm surprise why still they havent request me for any documents or submit a regular application? I'm just wating and waiting for only Submiting a Regular application. Let see, when it happen.

what I am trying to imply here is:

Why would you want to withdraw and submit a new application in a regular way as they are already treating your case as such.
For all they have already asked you to submit the supporting documents. It is up to their discretion to contact you whenever they are ready for the next stage.

yeah, i think we are saying that same. I agree with BobbyB, what would be the reason to submit another application when the current one seems to be moving. Its only like Maharouf is under the old process where it takes millions of years, his current application will probably take shorter time from this point than any new application will. Thats my understanding anyway.

Hi BobbyB, thanks for your reply. After reading from your and Rupesh, i stoped to think about Withdraw application. Actually, as i wrote above, i know some 2 applicants they applied after me and got request for submiting complete application, i was thinking that maybe its because of my simplified application, so should be withdraw and submit a new regular application, but after reading inputs from you, i guess i have to wait antill any further contact from embassy.
