simple step by step please

I live in usa
M/F relationship with canadian 3yrs not married or living together no bank acc together or anything .
I visit on wkends..he comes to US once during wk for the nite
I have a 16 year old daughter that will be moving with me.
she will be in 11th grade and go to school in canada ?I hope?
I am a CNA which is same as canada's PSW(eldery care worker)..does that fall under any kinded of skilled worker premit?
I want to move with him in canada..and would like to know what everyone thinks would be the way to do that I am open to way I can do this
I have read all the websites..can someone just tell me in simple honest terms please HOW do I start to make this happen ?

Assuming your relationship is serious, the best way to do this would be for him to sponsor you. In order to sponsor you, you must either be married or common law (common law = have lived together for at least one full year). More information about this process is provided here:

what about my 16 yr old daughter? thats where my real promblem is..i can never find anything about how to move her with me?and school?

Just include your daughter in the sponsorship and immigration application.
