hello to all,

I am filling out my sponsorship forms. here are the forms

1. Application to Sponsor and Undertaking
2. Sponsorship Agreement
3. Sponsorship Evaluation
4. Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union
5. Sponsor Questionnaire
6. Use of a Representative
7. Document Checklist
8. Medical Condition Statement

Now my question is the following, I only need forms 1, 2, 3, 5, 7. So i need to know do i print the other forms 4, 6, and just type NOT APPLICABLE or will they send it back if i dont have all the forms.

Its driving me nuts, i am worried i dont want it to get sent back, please help me

I applied as married and did not send the common-law form at all. Approved without a hitch.

You don't need to include any forms that are optional or not applicable. #4 is not applicable to you since you are married, not common-law, and #6 is an optional form. If you want, you can write "not applicable" in the relevant sections of the document checklist.
