Simple Photocopy or Notarized photocopy of IELTS & Passport to CIC sydney

Is it required to send the Notarized Photocopy of passport & IELTS to CIC sydney?
OR Can I send only the Photocopy(not Notarized) of PP & IELTS?

Your complete Application and Fees only to Sydney stage. No need IELTS or Notarized Passport copy, all supporting documents would be submitted later stage to your local visa office once Sydney approved for application for further.
