Similar work experience to your degree

Hello all. Iam an engineer graduate and i have worked in the engineering line for 2 years. After that i quit my job and now iam shifting to administration job. Iam planning to work for 1 more year to gain overall 3 years experience to gain maximum points. But my administration job has nothing to do with engineering. Would they consider my overall experience of 3 years or would they only consider my engineering job of 2 years.

Sorry two seperate replies. Also wanted to ask what about my NOC job profile. I would have either have to choose adminstration or engineering, so if choose engineering they would only consider two years of job experience job right and not three
