I applied for Visitor visa for my parents on 1st on new portal. Later I realised that in both applications, I mentioned FULL NAME in place of Last name. So, now in biometric letter and in application summary, I get First Name Full name instead of Full name. E.g. If mother's name is Amy John Jackson, I gave Amy John as first name (as per passport) and Amy John jackson as last name (instead of only Jackson, which is there in passport. I have done same thing in both forms.
I raised this query via webform immediately.
What can I do now?
1) Go for biometric since it's on passport name and see what happens to application? Wait for ircc to respond, if they do. Even if visa application is in problem, I can atleast use the biometric for future applications.
2) Withdraw this application and apply again. I have been told that chances of refund are less. As such in site they mention that refund is possible if application is not processed. But an immigratino consultant told me that this won't count. They won't refund.
