WES cancelled my application stating a significant difference in my application name and education credentials.
After going through many different threads here..In my WES application I had mentioned the name as my per my passport (POST MARRIAGE NAME) and for each credentials I mentioned the name (Maiden name)as it is on the degree certificates..
For example:
Name on Passport: XYZ
Degree certificates: ABCD
But this was cancelled by WES.
When I emailed WES and they replied I have to apply with the name same as on Certificates and that they do not except any legal documents as explaination or proof of name change.
I have all the necessary proofs in place eg: Marriage certificate, Affidavit, Old cancelled passport which reflects the maiden name.
Kindly suggest what I should do in this case. Should I go ahead and apply for WES in maiden name and then explain the Immigration officer through a letter and Affidavit that this is one and the same person?
