I had applied for Citizenship in Dec 2021. IRCC had asked me for Additional Information on Feb 2022 which I provided them by Apr 2022. At this stage the "Send us additional information" prompt had disappeared from my tracker account. Further I did my test and background checks were marked complete on my account.
As you may be aware, IRCC redesigned the tracker page today and asked everyone to reset their password to sign into the new page. I did this process, but was surprised to find that the "Send us additional information" prompt has re-appeared. I have attached it in the pic below. It says profile was updated on Oct 07, but I have not yet got any emails or mails from IRCC asking for additional info. Also the detailed tracker at the bottom of the page does not mention that any additional information is required.
What should I do at this stage ? Is this a glitch in the system ? Is anyone else facing the same problem ?
