Signature with name

Hi,
Finally preparing the documents and forms for sending family class sponsorship application.
When it says signature (for example 5532) can I write my name, last name and then signature? To be honest, I already did it everywhere and now I got scared.
If anyone will share their experience would be happy.

I don't think it will cause any problem. Just make sure not to forget to sign where ever its asks you to.
