I have a side job and I didn't claim points on it. Shall I include it in the personal activities? Because I deposit cheque each week and my bank statement shows the transactions, if I don't mention this activities, I will have problem?

if this was part time job your talking about then nope you don't need to

it is part-time job. If I don't mention, CIC will ask me the deposits of those income?

i wouldn't worry about it at all.and cic wouldn't question you based on your bank statements , i suppose

I have the same question as the OP. I have deposits coming in for some part-time freelance work that I do.

if you are concerned that not mentioning your side job/part time work will be considered as misrepresentation then Go ahead and mention it , but i don't think there has been any case of rejection based on this . i mean who doesn't work part time almost everybody , i personally havn't mentioned it in my profile and mine is under processing

not really you would just mention this in your personal history section i suppose , and there is absolutely no need to mention this under your Work history section.
