Hey,
When I calculate my points for the express entry the last question is the following:
10) Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?
I don't have siblings in Canada, but my common-law partner does. The problem is that my partner is Canadian so it's just me applying for express entry.
I'm not sure if I should answer yes or no. The most logical thing to me, since my partner is not applying with me, is to answer no. But at the same time those extra 15 points would be great!
Was someone in the same situation and can tell me their experience? Or did someone actually asked this same question and got an official answer from the CRA?
Thanks!
