Can siblings (age: 28 & 26) apply in a group for a visitor visa?
We already applied today and paid the application fees. Got 4 messages so far in the application status page of the Principal Applicant ("Confirmation of Online Application Transmission", "Submission Confirmation", "Client Application Summary" and then "Biometric Collection Letter"), whereas for other applicant, only got 2 messages ("Confirmation of Online Application Transmission" and "Submission Confirmation"). Moreover, I noticed there is a "Unique Client Identifier (UCI)" number in the principal applicant's page, but missing in the others.

Can you please let me know if it's ok, or should I be concerned and need to do something?

No - they have to apply separately / individually.

As already indicates they need to apply separatedly. I would also suggest they apply one at a time. There may be concerns if they both apply at the same time leading to both being denying. If they apply one at a time there may be a higher chance of at least one being approved. Once one is approved you can attempt to apply for the other sibling.
