Sibling sponsorship - is it possible?

Hi

Just wanted to check if there is any way to sponsor my sister, her husband, and their 11 yr son to Canada. They are qualified and have applied under express entry, but they fall short of the points and they no see of getting an ITA.

Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If your parents/grandparents are deceased, you have no spouse/common-law partner, you have no kids and you have no Canadian citizen/PR relatives, you could sponsor your sister through the "Lonely Canadian" rule. Otherwise, no, you can't.

Given the posting history of the OP, it seems unlikely that this will be applicable.
