Hi,

My brother moved to Canada on PR after I received my ITA.
Now when I try to submit the documents for my PR application, it is asking me to submit a document to prove our relationship.
Is it okay to not claim that my brother stays in Canada as I am not trying to claim points?
If not what else I can do to overcome the same?

Thanks.

If you can submit the documents easily, do just that. It will not matter in your application. If it is too much of a hassle, provide letter of explanation in place of the document. But don't falsely remove your brother's information from the application. That will be misrepresentation.

Can I just submit his passport which indirectly proves our relationship and mention the same in the letter of explanation?

the way you can prove your relationship to your brother is that you upload your and your brother's birth certifcates (assuming the birth certificates have parental names).
