Could you, please, clarify this question for me.
I have a sister in Toronto. Is there any chance for me to get a nomination from any other province except Ontario?
My NOC is 2171 which is in demand in several provinces and my English is SLB 9 or higher.
Actually, I on CRS 451 in EE at the moment.
So, the only obstacle is a sibling in another province.
Is there any precedents when people in my situation got PNP?
Or it is absolutely hopeless and the only chance for me is FSWC?
