Sibling in Canada-Post ITA-URGENT

My husband's brother has Canadian PR. But I did not claim his 15 points because there is some change in parents' names in my husband's and brother in law's passports. I got ITA without Sibling points. Now I am filling in the additional questions that come when we receive ITA ( same EE profile . Should I still put 'No' relatives in Canada? Will this be misrepresentation?
Only documents we have are...my brtr in law's PR card, affadavit by parents naming their children.

Please guide what to do...
