Sibling In Canada Criteria in CRS Score?

Hello Guys,

I am about to start my process for the Express Entry and I have a question regarding CRS Score. I am the primary applicant and my wife is going to come to Canada with me. My wife's sibling (elder sister) has Canada PR. Am I eligible to receive 15 points for "Sibling In Canada" criteria in CRS Score.
