thats a differt case
in 2009 my knwn applied on dec 16
and got stamped passport with visa on dec 22
yes the mOnth was DECEMBER

but they clearly mention in checklist
aftr 1 dec chances are not good

I know that bro, ive read the checklist....i wouldn't be stating this if i hadn't conformed it from various established sources(im super paranoid about such things as well).Using TT /swift copy has its risks as well more so compared to the date extension from what ive been told. Just helping ppl make an informed decision.

Btw file ur visa on the 29t Friday, cus doing it earlier with a TT will not go down smoothly with the VO.

Called presidents office on 25th..
Got it the same day..

there is no problem if u apply with swift copy..but it clearly can be seen by VO that there is still time to collect ur GIC n u applied without waiting for it..do u want to start ur visa with a negative impression..

u wait till 28th ..u still dont get it, then go ahead with swift copy..n u mention that u havent yet received n it is last day to file that is why ur applying with a swift copy..

I am also waiting for my Gic ...

This waiting time is killing me because i have also taken admission in bsc. Agriculture for the safer side and my 1st sem. Exams are coming on 9th of dec. Really in trouble ...
Havent gone through any single topic ...

hello everyone my name is Aashish I have transferred $10100 on 19th of nov but till now I did not receive GIC plz need help regarding this wen I called them yesterday i.e., on 26th they said that they did not receive the funds yet . What do you guys suggest me shld I wait till tomorrow or if I do not receive the GIC can I apply it with the wire transfer receipt...am worried a lot :-[ about will I get the visa if I file it with the swift copy and a supporting letter from the bank.. please suggest...

I got it today finally..will file my application tomarrow..i transferred funds on 18 nov...i called them on 25 nov. But they said that they have not recived my funds yet ..i was hopeless to get it on time and was ready to file without gic today but my agent said that we will wait one day more...today i got a call that ur gic certificate has come...just on time ..feeling great..i was not excepting it but with the blessing of GOD i got it..

Gmail..nearabout at 10:30 today i checked my mail and found it..u should wait till tomarrow by this time ..i hope u will got it..from which bank did u transfered ur funds?.
