My father has given 5 Marla plot to me, will it be helpful for showing strong ties with my country?

Also I only have the plot allotment certificate from the property developers, will they believe it, or I need to prove it some other way like attestation or something?

Apart from this can showing my father's properties be helpful?

Property is not a tie to return. If an income property with leases/rental agreements then include that.
