showing only fixed deposit as funding source please advice

Can I ONLY show fixed deposit as my funding source? will it be considered ok?
i have fixed deposits of 20lac in my name and my elder brother have fixed deposit of 25lac so I am thinking to show both the FDs, will it suffice my funding?
Please advice!

it is not recommended to use FD ..better use bank statements/liquid cash in bank

I am taking education loan on one of the FDs which will completely cover my first year tuition + living expenses + traveling.
Other FD was booked a year ago through my brothers saving account and his bank statement shows date and FD account number that was booked, so if I submit both bank statement with FD confirmation certificate will it suffice that I have enough funds available for my studies? Please advice.

any additional funds like FD u show other than the requirements per below link will show financial stability but u should first fulfill min requirements per the link below
