showing 2 different status

My wife applied my sponsorship from Quebec and her PRC also in Process when she online checked her status she can also see my Application as well and my status is showing (Decision Made).
I am in London and when i checked my status online its showing Application Received and Medical have been received

Why its showing two different status any comments

That means ur wife as she is ur sponse,she is been approved to met eligibility for that **decision made** that's the stage 1 ....

Now it's ur turn...stage 2...**application and medical received *** here it ll review ur file...

That's exactly how ours shows right now. Husband is "Decision Made" and "Application Received." He was approved as sponsor last month. Mine shoes "Application Received" and "Medicals Received."
