Show stock market as a job/ business for parents TRV?

Hello,
I am planning to apply for my parents TRV, we are PR & expecting a baby in August.
1. My father is a retired physician who has cash + FD in his name, my mother is a homemaker & has rental property+ cash+ FD in her name. My father also has investment in the stock market. Should I consider this investment as a job/ business for my father to show as a home tie? My mother also looks after my grandmother so that can be a possible home tie along with her property. Their duration of stay will be a month & they have around 15k cad cash, 15k cad in FD & another 30k cad current market value of stock market investment. I am worried about my father being retired as a cause of visa refusal. Is stock market investment classified as a job or business?
2. Should we get a letter from OBGYN confirming the pregnancy? In the letter of invitation I plan to write my parents being here during the birth of their first grandchild & being a support for us as the reason of their visit.

He isn't working as a stock broker so don't misrepresent his situation. Save yourself the $20+ that a doctor will charge for a letter. IRCC will trust you if you say you are expecting a baby. Proof that they take care of your grandmother, have a home, if they need to be in India to receive their pension that would be another good tie, etc. Would add that pregnant women and infants are considered more vulnerable to covid and have interaction with the healthcare system so your parents will need to quarantine in a separate location after hotel quarantine. Hopefully you have a basement with a bathroom or else an airbnb/hotel.
