Show proof of contact for outland spouse

As mentioned in the new form, they are asking to submit a translated copy of chat messages. I have most of the chat in native language. I just want to know how you guys show proof of contact for outland spouse as we need to submit 10 pages. I am going to submit in 1-2 weeks.
