Should you mention trips taken within the foreign country as well?

Provide details of any trips Okbangaram has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

Trip#1. (6 yr US trip)
2008 - 2014

Trip#2. (3 month US trip)
2014 - 2015

Within the 6 yr US trip I had a lot of trips within US. Do I need to mention them also?

No just keep your trips to countries only not cities/states within the country
Don't over complicate things

Only Trips taken outside your country and Police clearance from countries where you stayed for more than 6 months during a single trip.

ok.. thanks for the input guys.. after waiting and waiting so long and doing so much paperwork.. brain stopped working .. lol
