Should the titles mentioned in Noc list match or only duties are enough

I wanted to know if the designations/titles given in the NOC list need to match ur existing title or only duties need to match. I am providing paralegal services to a US Law firm but my title is "Attorney". Should I still go with the NOC 4211 paralegal and related occupations? Or the NoC 4112 Lawyers and Quebec Notaries? P.S. I have studied law in India (LLB).

Duties is what counts- -atleast 60-70% match with the main duties and the description, if possible. Rephrase it as much as possible and don’t just plagiarise.
